Mass Effect 2, probably the crown-jewel of this year’s RPG games of 2010, was released yesterday for the US. Now I generally don’t get the game at midnight on release day cause I am not that motivated about a game. I mean it has to be a HUGE release for me to leave my house at 11 to go get the game. Bioware, however, had me convinced that I was getting the game at midnight when I saw those character videos. Now my initial thoughts about the game were “wow this story goes along fast,” and if you have played the game it really does. Since I logged into xbox live and started playing the game on Jan 26, I logged in over 14 hours of game-time with my imported character from ME1. I’ll have a full review of the game when all kinds of goodies in the next couple weeks. I would have it sooner but I am having too much fun playing the game. Which is where I leave it.
